Wednesday Night Meal

Our church provides a Wednesday night meal when Wednesday Fall

activities begin and runs through the end-of-school year.

In order to help us in planning to feed the proper number of people we have

the following policies. This allows us to provide a meal at a reasonable

cost and also not to incur losses for our church budget.

We have four set menus which will allow for better efficiency in purchasing

and using food. You can always know what we will be serving each week.

(meals may be substituted)

Hamburgers and French Fries, Coleslaw and Dessert, or Sloppy Joes

Spaghetti & Meatballs, Garlic Toast, Salad and Dessert, or Lasagna

BBQ Chicken, Baked Beans, Coleslaw and Dessert, or Baked Chicken

Chili and cornbread/crackers or Soup and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Dessert

Taco Plate and Dessert

Each week, we offer hot dogs and chips for the children to choose if they want.

Meals are $3.00 for adults, $2.00 for children (6th grade and under) with a family maximum $12.00.

If you wish to be added to the Wednesday Fellowship meal reservation list

If you are on the list, we will prepare a meal for

you. If you cannot attend, please call 741-3415 by noon on Tuesday to

cancel for that week. If you do not cancel you will be expected to pay for

your meal. Due to increased food costs menus are subject to change and based

on availability.

to continue to provide a meal while keeping the costs within our budget.
