Calling Moms and Daughters!
This event has been a year in the making, Glory to God!
Our women's class on Wednesday nights has read “10 Ultimate Truths Girls Should Know” by Kari Kampakis and this event will be focused on the themes discussed in that book. You are more than welcome even if you were not with us in the class. This event is for all Moms and Daughters. (If you’re a boy mom and want to come PLEASE DO, the event topics apply to them as well, but we are aiming for an atmosphere all of women and girls to feel comfortable talking about anything they need to, so we are making a 'girl's only' event)
The goal of the event is to
Glorify God, Prepare and Pray for our kids and their growing minds and bodies
Help them recognize and know TRUTH that comes from the Lord
Encouraging friendship, kindness, and inclusion
We will have break out sessions with:
licensed counselors
attorneys
medical professionals AND
special guest, "Miss Arkansas Teen 2024"
Lunch will be provided and some fun vendor (purchase) options will be available if there’s a topic or break out session that’s not for you. All break out sessions will be split up into ages groups 4-8, 9-12, and 13+.
Are you a MOM
1. That has a kiddo headed to middle school and you’re wanting to get them off to the best start?
2. That knows you need to talk to your kids about BIG things but not sure how? (Periods, STDs, safety with their phones and social media)?
3. Is wanting to strengthen your relationship with your kiddos and know that starts with YOUR relationship with GOD?
4. That has littles that you want to be as prepared as possible for THINGS TO COME?
5. That has kiddos with little seeds that need to be plucked to be the CHILD God intended?
6. That needs to be encouraged by other moms raising babies and in the trenches?
7. That wants your child to know and understand how important it is to take care of their bodies in healthy ways?
Then, THIS EVENT IS FOR YOU!!
