By signing electronically below, I agree to allow my student/s permission to ride transportation provided by First Baptist Church Harrison to and from PraiseWorks 2025 located at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR, leaving at 9 AM Monday, July 14th and returning at approximately 4:30 PM on Friday, July 18th; as well as allow my student/s to attend the PraiseWorks 2025 camp hosted by the Arkansas Baptist State Convention.
I will have my student/s at FBC Harrison no later than 8:45 AM on Monday, July 14th and will be waiting to pick up my student/s at 4:30 PM on Friday, July 18th.
